Professional Seminars
Our professional seminars are customized to our client’s specific areas of interest. Seminars can be formal classroom presentations with food and wine, or can be casual walk-around food and wine experiences with an educational bent. We have designed and executed custom programs for clients including E&J Gallo and the Culinary Institute of America, and collaborated with winery clients to produce seminars for major media including Sunset Magazine and the Food Network.
